Dr Barry Cripps
Barry Cripps is a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Psychologist consulting independently in industry, business, sport and Higher Education. His doctorate in psychology and Chartership in The BPS, qualified him in assessment, selection and recruitment, psychometric testing, coaching, learning and development in the workplace.
Barry lectures and examines in Occupational Psychology and Human Resources to top ranking Business Schools both in UK and overseas. Barry has served as a main board Director of Training to a Test Publisher. He is currently a Verifier of test competence in The BPS and has been elected Chair of the Division of Sport and Exercise in that Society.
Barry’s practice is in Exeter, Devon, where his training facility at Kenn, will train delegates to use ECCOS.
Dr Mark Cook
Mark Cook is an Occupational Psychologist. He completed his first degree and D.Phil at Oxford University and has been a practitioner in occupational psychology and psychological assessment in the workplace since 1968.
He directed the standardisation of three important personality tests-California Psychological Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B in the UK, and is a former director of Oxford Psychologists Press, a leading UK test publisher.
He has researched extensively on personnel selection and psychological testing, including psychological profiles of managers in former communist countries and healthcare workers. Mark is the author of Personnel Selection, 4th Edition, published by John Wiley and Sons in 2003. Mark Cook has retired from teaching psychology of work at Swansea University.
Dr Craig Knight
Dr Craig Knight is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, business change specialist and Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Exeter. Craig is also Psychological Therapist and Counsellor. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
